Gaultier and Valentino Hold Shows to Appeal to Crisis Spirit
The two leading designer labels, Gaultier and Valentino have hold hands to produce delicately dressed black gowns to uphold the situation of crisis spirit in current world order with their recently held show in Paris.
The show pared down the usual clothing line to a way that would resemble the multiple spirits and cultures of the world. This was a really different kind of a show with simple presentations devoid of the gaudy ornamentations usually highlighted by these famed designers.
There were the highest of high echelons of the fashion world received through this show. The show focused on the pressure of the economic downtime faced by the every day person.
There were different types of funeral haute couture items showcased which really represented the metaphor of the changing economy of our times, a shift but not a deadening of spirits in any way.
